Triniposse UK vs. Euphoria???????

Is there a Battle of the Bands already on between Triniposse UK and Euphoria??

I had to ask this question, because after Euphoria's announcement yesterday postponing their Launch from the 16th May to the 20th June,  I received an email bright and early this morning from Triniposse UK reading; ' Our commitment is here! No Cancellations , No Postponing ' * queue laughter* and offering £10 referrals after the 16th of May. (coincidental date, don't you think? lol lol)  I couldn't help but get the feeling they were taking a dig at Euphoria for postponing their Carnival Launch lol. Is this war??? lol lol

I must admit this is just way too funny, it had thoughts running through my head and it opened up so many questions like;  Triniposse must be threaten by this band, cause to my knowledge (i could be wrong) but they seemed to be the ONLY UK mas band to actually make blatant digs at another UK band? And as i recall Triniposse claim they are as good as sold out a couple days ago, so then why the need for massive cash back marketing ploy to gain more masqueraders? Surely they wont be able to provide enough costumes if they have reached capacity right???? and ohhh I thought a winning band is usually the band that comes 1st? or am i mistaken? lol lol ...so many more comments so little time...lol

I do hope Euphoria didn't think they escaped my 20/20 questions though lol. I am sure everyone still wants to know more on this postponement ..lol lol, why, what's going on? They should really be a bit more interactive with their followers on FB or Twitter, that 1 Notice of Postponement cant be all. Where is the Hype?
Lets hope after all this, and being the last band to Launch for this NHC season they produce something worthy of this wait.

So onto the next Band Launch . So whose next?? Poison UK is Next on the agenda, lets see what they got in store for us .

Nottinghill Carnival

Notting Carnival is one of Europe's Biggest Street festival and is always celebrated on the August Bank Holiday where every year the streets of West London come alive, with the sounds and smells of Europe’s biggest street festival. Twenty miles of vibrant colorful costumes surround over 40 static sound systems, hundreds of Caribbean food stalls, over 40,000 volunteers and over 1 million Notting Hill carnival revellers.

The Notting Hill Carnival usually gets under way on the Saturday with the steel band competition. Sunday is Kids’ Day. On the Bank Holiday Monday, the main parade takes place. It generally begins on Great Western Road, then winds its way along Chepstow Road, on to Westbourne Grove, and then Ladbroke Grove. In the evening, the floats leave the streets in procession, and people carry continue partying at the many Notting Hill Carnival after parties.
