Notting Hill Carnival 4 DAYS LEFT!!!!!!!!!!

 

4 days left till we on d road with we chosen bands.. I AM EXCITED!!!!!!!!

I have decided to play with the new band Euphoria, so this should be exciting.... I will be sure to give a FULL review of them come Tuesday...its only fair  :)

So I am sure by now, every band has stated their distribution dates....so all we need is to pay we balance, collect we costumes, organise we accessories( if haven't done before) ,organise what make up ideas we working with...make sure we carnival tights have no holes ...lol lol we have a matching pair of trainers....(well not necessarily matching but hey why not...lol)....and we set....now time to go enjoy all the pre carnival parties..

Thursday:  Posion AWL and Abir AWL
Friday :  Buspepper Bacchanal Friday and Poion UK Carnival Friday Concert
Saturday - Shipwrecked and Tears
Sunday : Chocolate mas
Monday : Euphoria !!!!!

phew!!!!! i feeling tired already from listing the fetes i attending this weekend...its only PACE!!!!!!

UK Carnival Mass Bands -------->

So a few of you have ask where some mass camps are, so you can go see the costumes in person....

Use the links to the left, it should take you into each Mass bands website and they should have their mass camp details there...

The Mass Band List will be regularly updated to add or remove bands , so be sure to check it regularly

But i will do another post with a few of the well known mass bands and their Mass Camp Details if that helps... let me know.

More on Euphoria Carnival

So Euphoria had their photo shoot weekend gone and from the photos i saw they looking real good their headpieces are hotttttt, and their Colours as well make it look even better.

But i was begged not to release any photos until their launch......arghhhhhhh!!!!!! i am itching bad to show yall a pic ehhhhh , but then my source will get vex and i mightn't get anymore gossip.....hmmmmm decisions, decisions...... screw dat i go show allyuh a lil piece just a little....lol lol lol  (see below)

But i can safely say they have a front line section, back-line and their fun mas (not called fun mass but the same idea)

Also i was sent some info about there launch on Thursday.... (see below) I must admit, i probably have 3 post about this Euphoria band, and no costume photos jeeezz!!!!!!! i never met a more sceretive band so yet. But all this secrecy and little hints they dropping is working well for them cause they have people talking about them, wondering what these costumes looking like, who attending this launch.....lawdddd

I swear come Thursday i better not be disappointed.

Immmmm Back : Berlin Recap

I'm Backkkk and Berlin Carnival was fantastic!!!!!! It almost felt as though i was still in the UK, for Nottinghill Carnival . The vibe was d same, allot of Londoners made that trip and the GERMANS...weyyyy sah they well embraced Soca and Dancheall music, and they could wine as good as we Trinis.. That vibe from the Germans was priceless.

All the fetes went till the 7 or 10 am, their motto ' they not shutting off music until d last man standing' lol lol

Carnival Friday Concert the 25th May 2012 -  @  Festsal Kreuzberg , supposedly with blaxx (who didn't turn up , but wasn't missed ) and a list of DJ`s ; Jam Masters, Deejay Spice, Lou Weed and The Soca Twins.

Carnival Saturday  26th May 2012 - During the day @ C-Club yard Annual Bbq lime
                                                          During the night @ C-Club, Carnival Glow Ft Rupee

Carnival Sunday 27th May 2102 - During the day on the road Street Parade
During the night @ Yamms After Party, ft Bunji Garlin, Fay Ann Lyons, Deville, and a host of Dj's

My verdict on Berlin Carnival..i loveee ettttt and i will be back next year :)
